Terms and Conditions WOO Worlds 2025

Hi there!
Great to have you participating in the WOO Worlds 2025. Together with you we will make this a fun experience. We don’t want to overdo the legal chit-chat but there are a few things that we need to agree upon. By participating in the WOO Worlds 2025 you agree to the following:

Who’s who

“Participant”: That’s YOU. Woohooo!
“WOO”: This is the WOO company (legal entity).
“WOO Worlds”: This is the WOO Worlds 2025 Competition which is held from the 31st of August 2025 until the 29th of September 2025.
“Content”: These are all media (including text, photos and videos) created by you or mentioning you in relation to the WOO Worlds 2025.
“Jury”: The assigned team which is responsible to ensure Fair Play during the WOO Worlds 2025 and may decide to invalidate jumps, sessions or other entries.

Safety & Own Risk

Taking part in the WOO Worlds is completely voluntary and is the Participant’s free choice. The risks associated with Kiteboarding and related activities (including personal injury or death) are known to Participant. Participant will always keep his/her safety as well as the safety of others as the number one priority. WOO is not liable for any injury, death, loss or other damage occurred to (or caused by) Participant.

WOO has the right to exclude Participant or any of Participant’s sessions from the WOO Worlds at WOO’s sole discretion and without prior notice. There will be no discussion on Jury decisions.

Media Content

You grant WOO the perpetual right and license to use or share Content before, during and after the WOO Worlds.

Kiddies & Youngsters

WOO excludes responsibility and/or liability in case Participant requires the approval of a Guardian. This lies within your own responsibility.

Taxes

In case you win a prize and tax requirements apply in your country of residence, then it is your responsibility to comply with these requirements. The prizes we award are “all-in” and include potential taxes in your country that should be paid by you.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
